ABOUT GOSSAMER WINGS ™ POLICIES
All garments on this site are designed and made by Gossamer Wings. These items can be purchased for personal use only. Our copyrighted original designs cannot be purchased by a company or an individual to reproduce in any shape, way or form.
SHIPPING | We use UPS or Federal Express. Gossamer Wings will ship all packages Ground unless a request for a different service is requested. The final price of your shipping will reflect the options that you choose. The shipping will be charged to the customer with the second half payment when the garment is finished.
RETURNS | These garments are custom made to your measurements. There are NO returns. Each item is made specifically for you. We can alter an item. Depending upon the time required and materials, there may be an Alteration Fee. Please notify us of any alterations before shipping the item back to us.
ITEM PHOTOGRAPHS | The photographs depict the garment and the color of the suede, leather and shearling that we use. The color may vary to a small degree due to the differences in monitors, computers and browsers, etc., but they are as accurate as possible to the skins that are being used.
SPECIAL ORDERS | Any change from the original photographs that are on this site are considered “Special Orders." Please contact us by telephone to discuss Special Orders.
COMPLETION TIME | Upon ordering an item you will be given an estimated completion date. It is usually 2 to 6 weeks for delivery.
SIZES | Garments can be ordered in sizes 4 – 16. An additional $150.00 will be charged for sizes 14 & 16. We guarantee to make each garment fit because they are custom tailored for you.
